About Our Business Gift Certificates are available for all services. They must be redeemed by the expiration date of the certificate with no exceptions. Balances cannot be used as gratuity, but may be used for other services or products. They cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They will be forfeited if appointments are scheduled and not honored by patron or not canceled within 24 hrs of scheduled appointment. We are located at 14813 S.P.I.D. Business Hours By Appointment Only Monday thru Saturday Michelle is very flexible with scheduling appointments. She will work with any client, to help work around the clients’ busy schedule. This gives the client a unique opportunity to be pampered on their valuable time off. We Highly recommend booking an appointment 48 hours in advance. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full services. However, you will be charged for the full service. Cancellations We appreciate your consideration in honoring your appointment. We require 48 hrs notice if needing to change or cancel any appointment requiring 2 or more hours of services or valued at 200.00 or more.  ie..  Full set of Xtreme Lashes, Spa packages, CHI transformation, or multiple services. Guest not honoring this policy will be charged 50% of the total cost when 2 or more spa services are reserved. Payments We are pleased to honor Visa, Master Card, Discover,and American Express & debit cards with a $25 minimum Charge. Personal Checks are accepted and subject to a $ 25 returned check fee.
